What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job. Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) we must tell you about them, and we must ask for your consent before using any that are not strictly necessary.

This cookie is only set if someone visits the staff sign-in page. It is not set on the public pages, including the enquiry form, so as a normal visitor you will not receive it. Because it is strictly necessary for security, it does not need consent.
If you accept and then send us an enquiry, we tell Google and Meta that an enquiry was made, so we can see which adverts work. We also share your name, email address, phone number and postcode with Google, scrambled (hashed) before they leave your browser, so Google can match the enquiry to one of our adverts ("enhanced conversions"). Google uses them only to measure our adverts. None of this happens if you click Reject.
What we don’t use
- No analytics or advertising tools until you click Accept
- No social media tracking buttons or embedded widgets
- No session recording or heatmap tools
If we add anything else in future we will update this page and ask for your consent first, before anything is stored on your device.
Fonts and third parties
The fonts on this site are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send your IP address to Google or any other font provider. Some pages link out to other websites, such as Booking.com, Airbnb and WhatsApp. Those sites may set their own cookies once you follow the link, and they are covered by their own policies, not ours.
If you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive your IP address, basic details about your browser and device, and the pages you visit on this site. They may process this outside the UK. See Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy.
Our website host, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs (see our privacy policy). These are not cookies.
Your choices
You can change your mind at any time. The button below forgets your choice, deletes the analytics and advertising cookies from this site, and shows the banner again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking any of the cookies above will not stop the public website from working. Guidance on managing cookies is available at ico.org.uk.
